INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY:
- You can reschedule your rental for up to a year from original date, due to rain or high winds at no extra cost as long as a 24 hour notice is given. If your requested reschedule date is not available we will reach out to you and go over all options for reasonable accommodation.
OCCUPANCY/SEATING:
- Sit-Down Dinner, We recommend a maximum of (2) 6ft rectangular tables and 12 to 16 chairs for comfortable seating.
- Sit-Down Dinner, We recommend a maximum of (1) 5ft Round tables and 8 chairs for comfortable seating.
- Cathedral Seating refers to rows of seats. In an event with this type of arrangement, you can expect to fit 16 people under a 10 x 10 tent.
- Cocktail Parties don't involve any seating, which means more space. For a cocktail party, you can fit around 20 people under a 10 x 10 tent.
CLEANING:
- All units are cleaned and sanitized before each use.
WHAT'S INCLUDED:
- Extension Cord (If lighting is added on)
- Tent Walls ( if added on)
- Safety equipment to secure to the ground appropriately.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Enough space for us to setup your rental.
- Please Call 311 to find locations of any water, electrical and gas lines that may be in the set up area. ( We are not responsible for damage to any of the aforementioned lines if set up is done and the lines are not marked)
