Bounce"N"Around. Is not only a company that has been around for awhile. They are also family owned and operated. Everyone I have encountered in the company are extremely nice. This company not only has incredible communication, but also has extremely high integrity. I have hired alot of companies for my now 9 year old daughter's Birthdays; over the years. Everything from food trucks, smoothies trucks, face painters, and different types of rental equipment. Out of all the companies I have used over the years; this company speaks volumes over the rest. We rented canopy tents, tables, chairs, and a large inflatable obstacle course from Bounce "N" Around for our neighborhood Summer Fling.  The equipment itself was great, and the obstacle course was one of the biggest hits of the event. The kids loved it. Unfortunately, the communication and setup timing were a significant problem.  We specifically requested an arrival time of 8:00–8:30 a.m. because our event began at 11:00 a.m. and we had a substantial amount of setup that needed to happen after the rental equipment was in place.  We contacted BNA multiple times by email and text, and our committee lead also attempted to call and text.  We did not receive a response until the Friday before the event, when we were told they would "aim for 9:00–9:30 a.m."  They ultimately arrived after 9:30 a.m. The late arrival significantly compressed our setup time and created a great deal of stress for our committee.  We were not ready to begin the event on schedule, and because the requested arrival time was so important to our setup, we were disappointed that it could not be met. The three young men who came to do the setup worked very hard and were professional and courteous throughout the process.  We truly appreciated their efforts and want to be clear that our concerns are not with the crew that was sent; they did a good job. The equipment itself worked well for our event, and the obstacle course in particular was a big success.  We appreciate what BNA provided for our event, but the communication and scheduling leading up to the setup were disappointing.
