Ceremony seating
White folding garden chairs create a simple starting point for your ceremony. Share your guest count, aisle arrangement and venue access times so we can review quantities and placement needs.
Covered dining
Pair a 20×20 high-peak tent with 60-inch round dining tables and chairs. Ask about available linens and sidewalls. We will review how dining, aisles and serving areas fit together before confirming your selections.
Cocktail hour & welcome areas
Add cocktail tables for standing conversations and 6-foot tables for gifts, refreshments or a welcome station. These can complement your reception or serve a separate gathering area.
These are starting points for a custom quote. Final quantities, availability, layout and included services depend on your event.

Custom Event Setup
Build around your venue with tent options, dining or cocktail tables and the seating you need. Include welcome, gift, buffet or community check-in areas in your request.
Packages are custom-quoted. Equipment quantities, site suitability, delivery, setup, accessories and final pricing are confirmed in your quote; these options do not guarantee a particular guest capacity.
Request a Package QuoteFrom first idea to a clear rental plan
- Tell us about the day. Send your date, venue address, guest count and the parts of the celebration you need rentals for.
- Review the space. Include the setup surface, usable dimensions, photos if available, and any venue rules or access restrictions.
- Review your quote. Confirm the selected equipment, delivery, setup and pickup arrangements, plus the booking requirements shown on your quote.
A quote request does not reserve equipment. Event start and end times are separate from scheduled delivery and pickup.
No stakes? Let us know before booking.
Ballast means heavy weights used to secure a tent when stakes cannot be used. This can apply to pavement or to grass and dirt where a venue prohibits staking.
- Tell us about the surface. Is it grass, dirt, asphalt or concrete? Let us know whether the property owner allows stakes.
- Tell us about the sides. Will the tent be open, partly enclosed or fully enclosed? Sidewalls can change the anchoring requirements.
- We review the setup and quote the cost. We confirm whether we can accommodate the site, the required ballast arrangement, equipment access and any added rental, delivery or placement charges before booking.
Allow space around the tent for anchors and a clear route for moving heavy equipment. Please do not supply substitute weights, move anchors or change the sidewalls without checking with us.
How much weight can a 20×20 tent need?
For scale, an American Rental Association planning chart lists 798 pounds per leg for an open 20×20 high-peak tent and 1,828 pounds per leg when enclosed.
This is a reference example, not the approved weight for your booking. The chart assumes concrete blocks on asphalt, a fixed-to-pole attachment, 8-foot eaves, a 1-foot valance and partially exposed conditions with a 50-mph calculation basis. That does not establish our tent’s operating wind limit. Grass, dirt, concrete, different connections and partial sidewalls need their own review.
How is ballast priced? The quote depends on the blocks required and the work needed to deliver, position and collect them. We confirm these charges with your event quote; ballast is not automatically included in the advertised tent rental price.
Wedding rental questions
How many guests fit under a 20×20 tent?
The tent has a 400-square-foot footprint, but guest capacity depends on the table arrangement, aisles and any serving or other activity areas. Send your guest count and seating plan so we can review whether our available equipment fits your needs. We do not confirm capacity from tent size alone.
Can you help with a backyard or venue wedding?
We deliver in Denver, Brighton and surrounding communities. Share the address, setup area and access details. For a managed venue, include its installation, permit and insurance-document requirements so we can review the request before confirming.
Are setup, linens and sidewalls included?
Only the equipment and services listed on your quote are included. Ask about available linens and sidewalls, and tell us whether you need table and chair placement. Delivery, setup and pickup details should be confirmed before booking.
What if stakes cannot be used for our 20×20 tent?
Tell us your setup surface and whether stakes are permitted. We will review a weighted anchoring option and confirm feasibility and added costs before booking. See our simple no-stakes planning guide above.
What should we plan for weather?
Share your venue’s backup plan and review our rental policies before booking. Tent placement, anchoring and weather suitability require site-specific review; a tent is not a substitute for an appropriate severe-weather plan.
