INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY: - You can reschedule your rental for up to a year from original date, due to rain or high winds at no extra cost as long as a 24 hour notice is given. If your requested reschedule date is not available we will reach out to you and go over all options for reasonable accommodation.
OCCUPANCY/SEATING: - Sit-Down Dinner, We recommend a maximum of (6) 6ft rectangular tables and 48 chairs for comfortable seating.
- Sit-Down Dinner, We recommend a maximum of (4) 5ft Round tables and 32 chairs for comfortable seating.
- Cathedral Seating refers to rows of seats. In an event with this type of arrangement, you can expect to fit 67 people under a 20 x 20 tent.
- Cocktail Parties don't involve any seating, which means more space. For a cocktail party, you can fit around 80 people under a 20 x 20 tent.
CLEANING: - All units are cleaned and sanitized before each use.
