Rental Rules

Planning ahead helps your delivery, setup, and pickup go smoothly. These practical rental rules apply to Bounce N’ Around equipment and events throughout the Denver metro area. Please also review our Rental Policies & Planning Information; your signed rental contract contains the complete terms and controls if anything differs.

Before Our Crew Arrives

  • Choose a smooth, level setup area and measure the full width, length, and overhead clearance shown for your rental.
  • Remove vehicles, toys, furniture, rocks, branches, animal waste, and other obstacles from the delivery path and setup area.
  • Tell us before delivery about gates, stairs, steep slopes, elevators, long carries, narrow access, underground utilities, sprinklers, or a hard-surface setup.
  • Arrange for an adult age 18 or older to meet the crew, approve the location, and remain responsible for the rental.
  • Keep pets and children away from the equipment while our crew is unloading, installing, or removing it.

Power, Water & Access

  • Provide a working grounded outlet within approximately 50–100 feet of each powered item. Multiple blowers may require separate electrical circuits.
  • Do not use household extension cords. Ask us in advance if suitable power is unavailable; generators may be available for an additional charge.
  • For wet-use rentals, provide a working water source and a hose long enough to reach the setup area.
  • Maintain safe vehicle and crew access from the delivery point to the setup location.

Inflatable Supervision & Safe Use

  • A responsible attendant age 18 or older must actively supervise each inflatable whenever it is in use.
  • Follow the posted capacity, height, age, and weight guidance. Group participants of similar size when practical.
  • No rough play, flips, climbing on walls or netting, or sitting on entrance steps.
  • Remove shoes, jewelry, eyeglasses, keys, and sharp objects before entering.
  • Keep food, drinks, gum, candy, face paint, silly string, soap, oils, lotions, confetti, and pets away from inflatables.
  • Dry-only equipment must remain dry. Water may be used only with rentals specifically approved for wet use.
  • Never move equipment, adjust anchoring, disconnect a blower, or operate equipment contrary to crew instructions.

Weather & Emergencies

  • Stop use immediately during high winds, lightning, severe weather, loss of power, equipment deflation, or any unsafe condition.
  • Help guests exit calmly, keep everyone away from the equipment, obtain emergency assistance when needed, and call or text Bounce N’ Around at (720) 978-3273.
  • Weather cancellations and refunds are handled according to our weather policy and signed contract.

Delivery, Pickup & Equipment Care

  • Delivery and pickup times are routed around multiple events and may occur outside your event hours. Equipment can sometimes be delivered early or retrieved later.
  • The renter remains responsible for the equipment until our crew retrieves it.
  • Do not leave equipment unattended, allow unauthorized use, or attempt to pack or transport it.
  • Excessive cleaning, misuse, damage, missing items, or undisclosed access and setup conditions may result in additional charges under the signed contract.
