A 20x20 tent has a 400-square-foot footprint, but usable seating depends on the table arrangement, aisles, serving areas and other equipment. Send your guest count and whether everyone will sit at once. We will review fit and availability before confirming; the tent footprint alone is not a guest-capacity guarantee.
What should I send for a tent quote?
Include the event date, venue address, guest count, seating style, setup surface, available space and a photo of the area if possible. Mention gates, steps, overhead obstructions and venue access times. For public or managed venues, share any permit, insurance-document or installation requirements for review.

What if stakes cannot be used for our 20x20 tent?
Ballast means heavy weights that secure a tent when stakes cannot be used. Tell us whether the surface is grass, dirt, asphalt or concrete, whether the venue allows stakes, and whether you want open sides or sidewalls.
